ePrize hosts a mailing list for all interested users of the API. The mailing list is your first stop when looking for other people to help you figure something out.

Note that confidential or proprietary information should not be shared via the mailing list, as the membership is side and varied. Feel free to ask about a tricky awarding scenario, but avoid blowing the details on your ultra-top-secret marketing campaign in the process.

When using the list we only ask that you remember your manners. No spam and no personal attacks. Well written comments will have a higher likelihood of well written responses. When reporting a problem the more specific you can be about the issue you are seeing, the quicker an answer will arrive.
