PII means Wikipedia:Personally_identifiable_information. This includes any information that identifies a specific person. Common examples are phone number, address and full name. Non-specific information such as first name, state and country are not PII, however you must use caution when combining these together because the combination may be PII. For example, combining first name and employer may identify someone even though first name and employer alone are not PII.
